Store pickup:
You also have the option of choosing ‘Store pickup’ as the collection option when purchasing via our online store. Your order is available to collect free of charge from our Olde Towne Garden Gift Store in Wantagh, NY (Find Us).
When your order is ready for collection, we will send you an email or contact you via phone. Please allow up to 24 hours to process your order for collection. The majority of orders are ready within 24 hours after ordering, where stock is available, but in case of any unforeseen delays, please wait to receive our confirmation email.
What to bring when you're collecting your order: Please bring your collection confirmation email. You can simply show the email on your phone or tablet, or you can print it out.

PLEASE NOTE: This returns policy, as outlined below, relates only to goods bought online. Our in-store Store policy differs.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchases. If you have any queries or problems, please contact us on receipt of merchandise. Appropriate arrangements will be made for replacement or merchandise refund.

An item exchange or refund will only be guaranteed if the return item is returned strictly within the 14 days, starting from the date on your delivery note. Any items received after this date will be sent back to the original delivery address.
An item exchange or refund will only be guaranteed provided the item is in its original condition, all tags are still in place and the item has not been worn or used. Please note that in the interest of hygiene, we do not accept any items that have been soiled, damaged or smell of smoke. All goods will be inspected on return and they will be returned to you immediately if they are in breach of any of the conditions outlined above. You are responsible for the goods until they arrive back to The Olde Towne Garden Gift Store.
For all returns, you are responsible for the cost of postage and packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept back for credit, any item that does not adhere to our policy.
In the unlikely event of an item arriving to you that is faulty, we will, upon return, credit your account in full or replace the item where possible.
